Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I just brought home a new puppy and need a check up do I need to make an appointment? 
A: We are a walk-in only clinic so no appointment is neccesary.

Q: When do I need to vaccinate my dog/puppy/kitty?
A: We start vaccinations at 8 weeks old with booster at 12 weeks and final shots at 16 weeks, Rabies and our Dog/Cat shot are yearly vaccinations with Rabies being every 3 years and Dog/Cat shots every year.
 
Q: I only have a check with me, do you accept checks?
A: Due to problems in the past with bounced checks we no longer accept checks. We do accept cash and all major cards. (We do have a chip reader) 

Q: Do you Spay/Neuter cats/dogs?
A: We perform neuters on male cats ONLY, and for male dogs we perform vasectomies as a healthy alternative. We don't offer spays for females due to the use of injectable anesthesia versus gas anesthesia.

Q: Do you perform euthanasia?
A: Unfortunately due to the emmence love we have for our patients/ clients we do not perform euthanasia here.

Q: Do you have x-ray capabilities?
A: Unfortunately we do not have an x-ray unit in the building.

Q: How important is heartworm prevention? 
A: We recommend having your animal checked yearly for heartworm and should be on prevention along with the flea medications.

Q: What are happy visits?
A: Happy visits give us a chance for your pet to get to know us and our clinic better. We strive for a stress-free environment so we encourage you to bring them in to get to know us better. These visits are always FREE!

Q: Do you offer grooming services?
A: We do offer toe-nail trims and anal gland expressions but beyond that we do not offer any grooming.

Q: Do you accept Care Credit?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept Care Credit at this time. 

Q: My dog has never been to your clinic before and needs Revolution can I come pick some up?
A: You can come pick some up but the Doctor will have to do an exam before we can distribute them to you.
